Butter<br />4 eggs, beaten<br />Salt to taste<br />Black pepper, ground<br />½ cup Milk<br /><br />For fried rice:-<br />2 tbsp. Oil<br />2 tsp. Garlic, chopped<br />½ cup Spring onions, sliced<br />½ cup Capsicum, chopped<br />¼ cup Celery, chopped<br />Salt to taste<br />Black pepper powder to taste<br />2 tsp. Soy sauce<br />1½ cup Basmati rice, Boiled<br /><br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />1. In pan heat butter and pour the beaten eggs in it.<br />2. Then add black pepper and milk to it.<br />3.
